I start by gaining a deep understanding of the problems or challenges that users are facing, ensuring the design solutions effectively address their needs.

At this Design phase, I conduct user research to gather insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points. This involves methods such as interviews, surveys, and observation.

After Research & Discovery Phase, I analyze the research findings to identify patterns, trends, and key user needs. This helps inform the design direction and decision-making process.

At this phase, the resulting gotten from analyzing and brainstorming information gotten during research is used to create wireframes and interactive prototypes that visually represent the design concepts and user interactions. Iterate on the design based on feedback and insights.

In this stage, I conduct usability tests with representative users to evaluate the effectiveness and ease of use of the design. Gather feedback and make iterative improvements.

After implementing some feedbacks gotten from usability testing in order to improve the user experience of the product. I get to collaborate with developers and provide them with design assets, specifications, and guidance for implementation. Ensure the design is accurately translated into the final product.
